Let’s Talk Power: Low Power Device Characterisation
Date: Wednesday, May 12, 2021
Time: 11:00 AM Israel Daylight Time
Duration: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Summary
Join us for this session to understand the theory, fundamentals and practical challenges of how to make accurate measurements when optimising power consumption for low power devices. Recognise the key challenges when it comes to analysing power consumption, such as the difficulty of capturing dynamic current, or those involving battery emulation.
Learn about topics such as operating electronic loads at low input voltage, applications involving both source and sink or on achieving zero/minimum burden voltage.
In this session we will host Shmuel De-Leon, Founder and CEO of shmuel de-leon energy, Ltd, a leading international expert in the business of energy storage/batteries to talk about Li-Ion batteries - “The batteries of the future”.
The learning sessions are interspersed with live discussions where the audience can join the discussion via chat to ask questions or simply add additional thoughts on what has been discussed.
Israel Eini is a graduate in Electric Engineering from Sami Shamoon Collage of Engineering with expertise in Power Systems. He is currently a Technical Sales Expert at Keysight Technologies, supporting the indirect channel.
