Q: How do I log in?
A: Click the Agenda to enter the virtual environment. Be sure you're logged in with the email address used to register for the event.

Q: What are the system requirements?
A: The event will open up in a Web browser. It is recommended that you use the most updated version of Firefox or Chrome. You can do a system check here  https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check

Q: Can I watch sessions from my phone or tablet?
A: To watch the sessions on your tablet, you can use the BigMarker attendee app or enter via your browser. It is not recommended to join via mobile.

Q: How do I enable closed captioning on BigMarker?
A: Click the "CC" icon in the top right-hand corner of the webinar room to turn on closed captioning for the session. A dropdown with the available languages will display. Click your preferred language and closed captioning for the session will appear.

Q: What is the session format?
A: Most sessions consist of a pre-recorded presentation with a feature to chat live with the presenters and a live Q&A at the end of the session with the host. Which means you can chat with the presenter while you are watching the presentation. How great is that? Most sessions are 20 minutes, and there will be live Q&A at the end of the sessions.

Q: How do I get entered to win the Amazon Gift card?
A: Earn all six badges by completing the activities listed below by 3:15pm ET on Friday, May 20. Everyone who earns all 6 badges will be automatically entered to win one of five $200 Amazon gift cards (winners will be announced via email). Additional details are in the Networking Lounge on the Earn Prizes tab.

  • Attend a LIVE session
  • Visit all of the booths in the Resource Center
  • Download at least one handout in EACH booth
  • Chat in the "Backstage Access with Keysight and Industry Experts" Room
  • Favorite a session on the Agenda page
  • Earn all 5 badges to get a "#LFTL-PRO" badge

NOTE: Some badges can take up to ONE HOUR to appear on your Virtual Business Card.

Q: How can I access the sessions on-demand?
A: You'll receive an email when the sessions are available on-demand. We expect this to be available by Monday, May 23. You'll have access to the sessions through August 31, 2022.

Q: I’m having trouble with the event website and/or platform

Q. Why didn’t I receive an entry validation email?
A. First, check your junk/spam folder to make sure you never received it. If you still haven’t found the validation email, ensure you typed your email address correctly on your entry.

Q. I think I accidentally entered twice in one day! Am I disqualified?
A. We screen all winners after drawing their names to make sure they were following the rules. We will be reasonable and give people the benefit of the doubt (at our discretion).

Q. Is the drawing actually random? How are you making sure it’s random?
A. Yes, it is a random drawing. We use a third-party tool for winner selection that the Keysight legal team has determined to be sufficiently random.

Q: If my country isn’t listed in the terms and conditions, can I still win the prizes?
A: No, unfortunately the sweepstakes is limited to countries outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
