often can I enter?
A: You may register once before 15th
March and enter the contest on 15th March when the contest starts.
Q: Do I have to
register every day to be eligible for the contest?
A: No, only one registration is required.
Q. My name was shown as a winner, why haven’t I heard
anything from you yet?
A. If it’s been 3 business days and we
haven’t contacted you using the contact information you provided on the entry
form, someone with an identical name was drawn. Identical names could be rare but
happen occasionally.
Q: Is the contest
winner selected randomly? How are you making sure it is not random?
A: No, the contest winner is not selected in random. We
select the winner based on the fastest and the most accurate answers.
Q. My question wasn’t answered, how do I contact you?
A. The best way to quickly get in touch with us for Wave questions is to
comment on our Facebook page, comment on a related video on our YouTube
channel, or email us at wave@keysight.com.
Q: Why isn't my country included?
A: We work hard to include as many countries as possible but must remain
compliance to local laws and regulations.
Q: Should I receive a confirmation email after
registering for the contest?
A: Yes, if you selected the “send
confirmation email” box when you submitted your entry. A reminder email will
also be sent before the contest day.
Q: If my country isn’t listed in the terms and
conditions, can I still win?
A: No, unfortunately the contest is limited to the countries listed in the
Terms & Conditions only.
