MEASURE 100 GBD SIGNALS
Keysight’s UXR series real-time oscilloscopes and M8194A arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) allow generation and analysis of greater than 100 GBd signals. The 110 GHz UXR oscilloscope and 120 GSa/s M8194A AWG are both available in 4 coherent channel configurations, enabling research and development in the direct detected and coherent applications. Low noise and excellent signal fidelity enable PAM4, QAM16 modulations and beyond.
